With the blessings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Maharaj we would like to invite you to an inspirational 4 day Sikh Spirituality Camp.

This camp provides a welcoming and non judgmental space to share, learn and connect with other spiritual seekers. Sikh spirituality has transformed our lives and those close to us in ways we’d never expect. We invite you to join us for the camp and experience this transformation for yourself.

Children’s camp:
The event is aimed at adults, but we have a children’s camp (aged 4+) running alongside. There is a separate registration form for children which will be sent to you via email once you register your place (click register now above). Please indicate whether you require a child registration form when you complete the registration form, and you will be emailed the form shortly after.
What to expect:
✨Seminars : Attend insightful seminars in Punjabi and English that delve into Sikhi and personal development.
✨Meditation: Take part in Guided Naam simran sessions (both seated and walking), to experience the peace of mind that exists within us and unlock a powerful self development tool
✨Kirtan: Join in with daily kirtan sessions to deepen your connection with Gurbani and uplift the soul
✨Movement: Take part in gentle exercise and stretching to maintain the health and wellbeing of our bodies during the camp

What time will the camp start and finish?
The camp will start at 9am- 8pm daily. There is an amritvela program that will start at 5am for those who wish to attend that.
​
Do we have to attend the whole camp or full days?
We strongly recommend that to make the most of the camp that you aim to attend the whole camp, however we appreciate that this may not be possible for all of you, and you are welcome to join as and when you can.

Can I bring friends/family along who haven’t registered?
Yes. The registration is important so we can get an idea of numbers, but if at the last minute you would like to bring someone along, please feel free to do so.
​
What provision is there for babies/children under the age of 4?
Children under the age of 4 can join their parents for the adult sessions. We will have books/toys set up at the back of the darbar where parents can sit with children if they would like.
​
Can my children stay with me in the adult sessions if they do not wish to attend the children’s camp?
Yes of course.
​
Can I help with Seva/organisation for the camp?
Yes we would welcome this, please email us if you would like to do any Seva.
​
Is there any accommodation at the camp?
This is a day camp only, however for those travelling a long distance to attend the camp we will happily help with recommendations for local accommodation (eg hotels).

GURMAT MEDITATION CAMP 2022
Peace of mind IS attainable.
For so long i didn't believe this to be true. I settled for glimpses of joy/happiness admidst long stretches of sorrow, pain, depression, loneliness.
I wanted with all my heart to believe that what my Guru says is True, that eternal peace, everlasting joy can be experienced, but it was so far from my own experience, I was riddled with doubt.
That was until, with the support of sangat, I started delving into Guru Granth sahib ji and experienced peace of mind during meditation that I had never imagined was possible. My life changed forever.
Regardless of whether you regard yourself as religious, spiritual or not, if you are looking for an experience of peace of mind, searching for meaning, or on the journey of personal transformation then this 3 day camp is for you.
