The setting up of the Sikh Spirituality Network was motivated by the desire to share the power of the Gurbani and Simran meditation in transforming our minds and lives.

MISSION
HISTORY
​We all want to experience peace and fulfillment in this life, but for so many of us, this feels so far from our day to day reality.
Our lives were no different. We moved through life trying to tick all of the boxes (study, get a good job, get married, have children....) and even religion became another tick box exercise.
Somewhere along the line, we realised we couldn’t live like this anymore.
Whether it was sparked by emotional or physical pain, loved ones passing away, relationships breaking down, or just a feeling of emptiness as if something is missing, there came a time when a deep pain and longing for spiritual connection and growth rose up inside of us.
This is where our true personal transformation journeys began. We prayed to the Universe, Vaheguruji, the Divine, from deep within our hearts and the call was answered.
​This is where our paths intertwined, and we started on a profound journey of spiritual and personal transformation. We delved into the teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib, and alongside, committed to the practice of simran/meditation.
Slowly but surely, things started to shift within us. It no longer mattered who we had been, what our life circumstances were, the flaws we thought we had, or the trauma we had experienced, miraculously,
the collective practice of Gurbani vichar (contemplation) and Naam Simran were beginning to cleanse our minds and bodies.
Finding Sat Sangat
Personal transformation was happening, the conflict in our relationships started to reduce, health conditions started to heal, and our personalities started to transform.
The truth of the Gurbani teaching ‘Man too Jot Saroop Hai’ Oh mind you are the embodiment of Divine Light, started to dawn upon our minds.

​With Gurujis Kirpa, inspired by our own journeys, and Guided by Siri Guru Granth Sahib ji, we created this initiative,the Sikh Spirituality Network to invite you and others to embark on your own personal transformation journeys, and to inspire others to do the same.
